I found this silly translations when I was searching for the Resources in Mathematics information. Yes, with the new policy made by the Ministry of Education, all Science and Mathematics subjects will be taught and learned in Malay. The same goes to us, no English at all and everything is in Malay and for me, my English get ruin because of this. The fact that you know that, I’m quite dumb at that subject, and finally PPSMI had improved my English a bit (sampai sekarang pun masih dumb bah…). And imagine that what would it be if we’re keep on using it especially in Primary school, for sure they will translate bulat2, mcm Sabahan cakap. lol

These words are contained in Technology in Mathematics subtopic,

*hardware = barangkeras
*software = baranglembut
*joystick = batang gembira
*plug and play = cucuk dan main
*port = lubang
*server = pelayan
*client = pelanggan

Try translate this:

ENGLISH :
"That server gives a plug and play service to the client using either hardware or software joystick. The joystick goes into the port of the client.”

MALAY :
"Pelayan itu memberi pelanggannya layanan cucuk dan main dengan menggunakan batang gembira jenis keras atau lembut.Batang gembira itu dimasukkan ke dalam lubang pelanggan.”
